This website is an introduction to Synapse Associés and its services. It does not offer client accounts or accept file uploads.

Enquiries

If you use the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, company, role, fleet size, operating area, and a brief description of your issue. We use that information to review and respond to your enquiry and discuss possible services. Email and phone enquiries are handled for the same purpose. Please do not send payroll records, customer information, shipment documents, passwords, or other sensitive operational material in an initial enquiry.

Form processing and hosting

Netlify hosts this website and processes contact form submissions for us. Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in the site's Netlify Forms dashboard, where authorized site administrators can review them. Netlify also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers or session recordings on this website.

Retention

We retain enquiry information and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage related business discussions, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

We periodically review retained information and delete records that are no longer needed for these purposes.
